The current host of the chat went crazy and banned several people off the servers and deleted the channels so we're right now moving to 216.250.77.230 for the server. When I contact snackbeard and the dns gets resolved it will be at irc.pirate-party.us.
Note to who ever is in charge of the dns here: if you want your address to be irc.pp-international.net just point it to 216.250.77.230 for now and get in contact with me via email.
