Attaching a file to releases in filesharing networks ng

Some time ago there was the idea to attach a file to filesharing downloads to inform about us. Some time ago we picked up that idea again and worked out a new text and layout. The text has already been translated to french, english and german of course. Dutch, italian and swedish are in progress.

You can find the first draft for an international version at our Wiki. Please feel free to correct the remaining misstakes so that we can release the international version as soon as possible. If it hasn't been translated to your language yet, please ask here or translate it by yourself.

There ar a few questions left until we release it. One of them is the signature the only thing I that occurs to me is "Pirate Party International". The second ist the filename. It should be something nice that tells the people about the content.

The last problem is, does every pirate party support it or does someone want not to be named in the file?

I currently use the one from ages ago when I do a release, whether it's a general release torrent or one on the niche site I run...

It's fine. We don't want anyone to switch to the new file if they don't want. We were just not pleased with the german translation and so we thought it would be the best to write it again in german and of course since we wanted to spread it as wide as possible we wanted translations for as many languages as possible.
