In my Opinion the NFO file is a great idea. But we should keep your message as short as possible. Or, do you read one of these long NFO files if you are not looking for an key or some helpful instructions?

What works best for me is the Demonoid example: "Torrent downloaded from http://www.Demonoid.com.txt"

The filename is a perfect Message. I would suggest something like "Vote your local Pirateparty, and keep P2P free.txt"

In the inside we could start with a short explanation in one clause what this is about an link to a website which leads you to your local PP.

Under it, we put some separator and then start with a long text.

This would be more friendly to 95% reading lazy P2P users.

We are working on a project based on the idea in Germany at the moment. We already have a quick & dirty english translation and a french one (thanks @ zorglub). A swedish translation is in progress and there will probably be italian and dutch ones to.

Everyone able to read german can watch the progress in our Wiki. For the others I will present our results as soon as we have a better english translation (I'm working on this) and a layout for the file.

I am also going to ask every single pirate party we have translations for yet to take part in the project and spread the file.
