How about organizing some international legal help?
Forming and also established parties may be sometimes in need of some legal advice. How about organizing such help in PP-International? It would go far in making PP-International even more useful.

Besides, when the time will come to mark on map red spots with countries inprisoning politically Pirates it will be like... woohaa... We are already ready!

So? Will someone knowing more legalise then the ordinary Pirates pick this chalenge up?
Nec Hercules Contra Plures.

I think that would be quite useful, to have an "international law" contact person at PP int., I dunno if there is currently somebody here that has the knowledge to work as such...
but I'd really like to see that, although the legislature might vary from country to country ;(

You may want to talk to EFF.org, I am sure they can
recommend some good lawyers in Europe, you
could also have a chat with people in the Linux
and OpenSource movement such as folks at
Scene.org, Fosdem and What The Hack, URL:

http://www.scene.org
http://www.fosdem.org
http://www.whatthehack.org

As you visit the last URL (I was at the event last year),
you will notice that they are behind the initiative and
site:

http://www.dataretentionisnosolution.com/

You will find the initiative that EDRI and XS4ALL is
behind with 14 countries and 21 organizations
for the Civil European Digital Rights, there site is:

http://www.edri.org

I hope this will give you plenty of law assistance!
