PPI at UNOG on the Global Inequality Emergency
PPI’s representative in Geneva, Carlos Polo, recently attended the high-level event hosted by the United Nations Research Institute for Social Development (UNRISD) titled “Meeting the Inequality Emergency: Building a New Era of Understanding and Cooperation.” The event marked the launch of the first report on global inequality presented to the G20 by the Extraordinary Committee of Independent Experts on Global Inequality, chaired by Nobel Laureate Joseph E. Stiglitz.
