Ahoy Pirates, The next PPI board meeting will take place on July 19th at 05:00 UTC. Also, we will be having a Pirate Beer event just prior to the board meeting @04:00 UTC. This will be early in the morning for those in Europe, so please wake up early. A week after this meeting will be the GA, and we will be discussing preparations for the event. Pirate Parties International General Assembly, July 29th

About half a year has passed since our last GA, and we are ready for the 2023 PPI Summer GA! This will be an entirely online GA. At the last board meeting we decided to hold the next GA on Saturday, July 29th. We will start at 08:00 UTC, which is 10:00 CEST. This GA will focus on discussing various proposals. Election of new PPI officers will take place in the following Winter GA, so we will be focusing primarily on updates and proposals. If needed we will extend the meeting on Sunday, but hopefully we can finish the meeting in one day. The meeting will take place tentatively on …

The next PPI board meeting will take place on June 21st at 21:00 UTC, which is 23:00 CEST. Invitation to PPI‘s Standing Committee on UN Bureaucratic Activities (SCUBA) on Sunday 23rd, 22:00 CEST, Followed by the Pirate Beer Social Event

On Sunday, April 23 at 22:00 CEST PPI  will be holding a SCUBA meeting (Standing Committee on UN Bureaucratic Activities followed by the Pirate Beer social event. We will discuss an upcoming IGF call for proposals and other UN activities. Immediately after the meeting we will transition to our routine Pirate Beer social event. Hello Pirates! We invite you to join us for our monthly social, commonly known as “Pirate Beer”. This will be the first Pirate Beer since the last GA. IMPORTANT: GENERAL ASSEMBLY POSTPONED

Dear Pirates, We regret to inform you that the upcoming PPI General Assembly, which was originally set to take place this weekend, Saturday December 10th and Sunday December 11th 2022, will be postponed. The General Assembly will now take place during the weekend of January 28th and 29th 2023. We deeply apologize for any stress or inconvenience this may bring to you all. We understand that this situation is not ideal and it wasn’t an easy decision, but for various reasons we feel as though it is the right decision in the long run.
