We are thrilled to share that Pirate Parties International has once again secured ground passes, allowing our representatives to participate at the United Nations Office in Geneva, Switzerland (UNOG). We also have a team on the ground at the United Nations Headquarters in New York and will be sharing a separate blog about their activities soon. Furthermore, we are working now on getting a team together to participate at the UN Office in Vienna (UNOV). Our volunteer team is making an impact by attending events, making statements, and networking with other NGOs, International Organizations, and nation-states. He was hounded by the US government for sharing JSTOR research articles that we largely paid for, but that a small number of corporations have locked up in for-profit journals. Pirate Parties International expresses its strong condemnation of the ongoing conflict in Israel and Palestine. We are deeply saddened by the events in the region and extend our solidarity to the people of both nations who are suffering the consequences of this protracted conflict. We firmly reject violence and advocate for a peaceful and diplomatic solution. We encourage Palestinians and Israelis to pave the way for an enduring peace. The Palestine-Israel conflict serves as a litmus test for global peace, and the current scenario should make all nations concerned. We believe in a future where Israel and Palestine can coexist. Statement from Pirate Party of Israel on the Hamas Massacre of October 7th and the Gaza-Israel War

At sunrise on October 7th, thousands of participants at the peaceful NOVA music festival were brutally attacked and massacred by Hamas terrorists, resulting in over 260 butchered, and hundreds shot and injured. As an after-party, thousands of Hamas militants continued to carry out brutal massacres, torturing and mutilating bodies across civilian populations bordering the Gaza strip, killing men, women, children and pets indiscriminately. All this occurred amidst thousands of missiles being launched simultaneously towards urban communities across Israel. By sunset on October 7th there were over 1,400 killed and over 200 taken hostage, representing various nationalities worldwide.  The atrocities that occurred on October 7th haven’t been seen in this land …
